Josh Beldner

As a founding partner of the firm, Josh Beldner has established himself as one of New York’s premiere litigators, specializing in labor, employment, and constitutional law. In the five years prior to founding Tilton Beldner LLP, Josh worked at a well known firm on Long Island, where he represented hundreds of clients, handling cases from inception to trial. Josh has achieved multiple successful jury verdicts as lead trial counsel at the United States District Court and New York State Supreme Court levels, and has successfully represented numerous clients at arbitrations, mediations, and administrative hearings. Josh has also successfully argued several appeals before the United States Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and the New York State Appellate Division.. In 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 Josh was selected by Super Lawyers magazine as one of New York's "Rising Stars," a professional recognition awarded to less than 2.5% of eligible attorneys. In 2017, Josh was selected to The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 for New York State. This professional honor is awarded to America's top trial attorneys 40 years of age and under.

Josh is a 2009 graduate of Tulane University Law School. While in law school, Josh participated in several non-profit legal projects which helped the City of New Orleans and its residents rebuild after Hurricane Katrina, including the Tulane Environmental Law Clinic, the Entertainment Law Legal Assistance Project, and The Advocacy Center. While in law school, Josh also interned for current Appellate Division Judge Leonard B. Austin, in the Commercial Division of the New York State Supreme Court.
